Keadaan situasi para sandera pada minggu ke.5 sampai minggu ke.10, sudah memasuki masa keputusasaan karena komunikasi dengan pihak pihak yang diharapkan bisa dan dapat membantu sudah mulai disangsikan tingkat keberhasilannya, bahkan jika ada perkataan atau tindakan perbuatan yang tidak berkenan maka sedikitpun bisa menyulut emosional para sandera. Dua lagi kapal dibajak di dekat Somalia
Bajak laut menyita dua kapal tanker Eropa di lepas pantai Somalia dalam kemarin, demikiran menurut pusat Perkapalan Nato.
Kapal Nipayia milik perusahaan Yunani dengan 19 orang awak kapalnya dibajak hari Rabu, ementara kapal tanker milik Norwegia, Bow Asir dibajak oleh bajak laut hari Kamis.
Kapal ini memiliki 27 awak, demikian keterangan Asosiasi Pengusaha Kapal Norwegia.
Teluk Aden sering menjadi lokasi serangan kapal-kapal dagang, tahun lalu 40 persen total pembajakan terjadi di lokasi ini.
Kapal-kapal perang dari berbagai negara, termasuk Inggris, Amerika, Perancis dan Jerman serta Iran sekarang berpatroli di Teluk Aden sebagai upaya untuk mencegah pembajakan IMO Kampanyekan Go To Sea Sambut Hari Maritim Dunia
