Based on the Decree of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)'s
Corporate Senior Vice President of Marketing and Trading No.
Kpts-077/F00000/2008-S0 on Pertamina's Economical Selling Fuel Price
dated May 28, 2008, effective by June 01, 2008 at 00.00 WIB, PT
PERTAMINA (PERSERO) determined new prices of non subsidized fuel for
international Bunker and customers excluding household sectors, micro
business, transportation and public services; the prices are listed as
follows:

Compared to prices in May 15, 2008, prices for non subsidized fuel in
Mid May 2008 changed as follows: gasoline increased 8.8%, kerosene rose
14.6%, HSD's price was up 13.3%; MDF's price increased 13.3%, MFO's
price in those 4 regions rose 7.3%. The changing of fuel product prices
was caused by the increasing of MOPS which ranged 7.3% to 14.6% compared
to the previous period. Rupiah exchange to USD was 0.64% weaker.
Prices for public transportation are maintained at Rp 6.000 per liter
for Gasoline and Rp 5.500 per liter for HSD. Price for subsidized
kerosene for household and small industry consumption is maintained at
Rp. 2.500 per liter.
PRICES FOR PERTAMAX, PERTAMAX PLUS, PERTAMINA DEX and BIO PERTAMAX IN
JUNE 01, 2008
Effective by June 01, 2008 at 00.00 local time, the prices for Pertamax,
Pertamax Plus and Pertamina DEX were changed as stated in the Decree of
PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)'s Corporate Senior Vice President, Marketing and
Trading No. Kpts-082/F00000/2008-S0 dated May 29, 2008. The prices are
listed as follow:
