Dua kecelakaan lalulintas pada awal tahun ini sangat memperihatinkan. Yang pertamana kecelakaan lalulintas laut yang menimpa kapal laut Senopati Nusantara, yang kedua kecelakaan Pesawat Adam Air. Keduanya diduga terjadi pada waktu yang berdekatan di kawasan yang sama berdekatan juga di laut Utara Jawa, dan yang satu di seputar Masalembo. (962 hits)

Pada suatu hari saya ketemu dengan teman pelaut di bandara internasional Sukarno-Hatta. Teman pelaut tersebut akan berangkat berlayar.

Kebetulan dulu dia pernah menjadi peserta diklat yang saya waktu itu sebagai pengajarnya.

Dalam suatu obrolan dia bertanya: pak, IMO itu mikirin kenaikan gaji pelaut apa enggak sih? Aturan2 di kapal makin bikin sulit pelaut saja?!  (766 hits)

The purpose of a wellhead is to:
- Support the weight of the downhole tubing
- Safely contain the maximum surface pressure to which the well will be exposed.
- Provide a way to control the flow of well fluids.
- Permit access into the well for servicing.
- Provide a way to ?kill? the well (close it down) when necessary

A wellhead is normally in two parts:
- The wellhead itself.
- A collection of valves called the Christmas tree....

- Commands Owned or chartered self-propelled maintanance/producing jack-up barges.
