Based
on the Decree of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)'s Corporate Senior Vice
President, Marketing and Trading No. Kpts-766/F00000/2007-S0 on
Pertamina Fuel Economical Selling Price dated November 29, 2007,
effective by December 1, 2007 at 00.00 WIB, PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)
determined new fuel price for customers excluding household sector,
small businesses, transportation, and public service also price for
international bunker.

Compared to prices in November 1, 2007, prices for non subsidized fuel
in December change as follows: gasoline increased 16.6%, kerosene rose
21.7%, HSD's price was up 15.9%; MDF's price climbed 15.9%, MFO's price
climbed 20.4% and Pertamina Dex rose 16.3%. The changing of fuel product
prices was caused by the increasing of MOPS which ranged 14.6 to 21.7%
compared to the previous period. Rupiah exchange to USD was 1.87%
weaker.
Prices for public transportation are maintained at Rp 4,500 per liter
for Gasoline and Rp 4,300 per liter for HSD. Price for subsidized
kerosene for household and small industry consumption is maintained at
Rp. 2,000 per liter.
PRICES FOR PERTAMAX, PERTAMAX PLUS, PERTAMINA DEX and BIO
PERTAMAX IN DECEMBER 2007
Effective by December 01, 2007 at 00.00 local time, the prices for
Pertamax, Pertamax Plus and Pertamina DEX were changed as stated in the
Decree of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)'s Corporate Senior Vice President,
Marketing and Trading No. Kpts-767/F00000/2007-S0 dated November 29,
